2021 ARCHway Awards

Hope Creates in Q1, 2021 to support one Community Creation Event. Year-to-date, ARCHway has awarded over $6,000 in grants to increase access to treatment and recovery for those impacted by substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.

2021 What’s Right with the Region Honoree

On May 13, 2021, FOCUS St. Louis, the region’s premier leadership organization, will honor 20 individuals, organizations, and initiatives making a difference at the 24th Annual What’s Right with the Region Awards Celebration. These honorees were nominated by the public and selected by a committee of local leaders for their impact and service to the community.

Hope Creates Helps Young Artists on Their Journey Out of Addiction

From the ancient Greeks to Ernest Hemingway, Amy Winehouse to Mac Miller—for as long as there have been artists, there have also been the pervasive myth that creative people require the reckless abandon of drugs and alcohol to make their work.

But for just as long, those same substances have corroded and even stolen the lives of many of our brightest talents, and often far too soon. That’s why one St. Louis nonprofit is here to launch a new legend—and you can help them do it.

ST. LOUIS, Mo., Sept. 25, 2018 — Local teens and young adults will gather Sunday, Oct. 21, at .ZACK to display their artistic talents, ranging from paintings and metalsmithing to pottery and original music. Besides their wares, these budding artists also hope to promote a message they’ve all come to believe: creating art is more fun than addiction.
