Making good and valuable creativity comes from a place where young people in recovery can come together to make art and express themselves. It is powerful for me to be able to freely and safely create and to be honest with myself and everyone around me. At Hope Creates, I also get to be with people I care about – and that is anyone who is trying to grow spiritually through recovery and living with life on life’s terms.

Art never meant much to me before recovery. Once I was sober, I understood why it’s important to be creative. Now I’m excited to be engaged in more artistic activities to really let go, relax, and share experiences with my friends. Hope Creates has a mission that is very important. It is key to bring fellowship and art together for young people who are recovering from addiction.
