It’s About Sharing the Awe.

Art brings me into the moment. When I go out to take photos, nothing else matters. I feel at home. It’s the experience that inspires me. The journey to capture the shot usually starts with the people I am deeply connected to and love very much. We go on an adventure and we explore together. Later, I get to see other people enjoy my creation.

I seek to experience that which is greater than myself, capturing moments that would otherwise not exist. My camera was given to me, quite unexpectedly, and it provides me with a sense of purpose – a way to use my artistic talents and to be of service to others. It has given me a passion, bringing me closer to my Higher Power, serenity, peace of mind, and freedom.

Art is a universal language by which we can create art and music, represent and share our personal experiences, express and define our culture, send a message, or just capture simple beauty. My images come from a place of gratitude that I have a life and that I was given a second chance because of love. I hope that the viewer gets lost in my images and feels the beauty of them as being no different than what is within them. My art communicates my new appreciation and perspective on life. I believe that we are all true miracles.
