Spontaneous 

Opening my mind to more creativity and to express myself are the reasons I make art. My inspiration is found in the events in my life – where I am and how I’m feeling at that moment. In my displayed piece I was feeling very content and happy. I let my mind roam, relax, explore to see what I could do. This piece feels out of the box and spontaneous. It’s very unique to me. I let it happen and didn’t really know how I was going to do it. Then, there it was. With any art, even my makeup, I don’t know what I will do at first, I just start, and then a beautiful work of art comes.

It’s key to unwind from everything else going on in my life and stay in a good state of mind. Hope Creates helps us do this. It’s a very important nonprofit that allows us to be creative, relaxed, and have a good time together. It’s such a good thing.
