Mindful Art
We invite youth and adults in recovery from Substance Use Disorder (and their families) to join our vibrant creative community to laugh and play with us.
Mindful art, also known as neurographic art, is a unique and expressive art form that harnesses the power of creativity to promote mindfulness and calm. This style of art involves creating intricate patterns and shapes that are both soothing to draw and to behold. The process of neurographic art serves a dual purpose: it encourages personal reflection and provides a meditative experience for the artist.
