Sandy Brooks

Board Member

St. Louis Arts Chamber of Commerce | Executive Director

Sandy is a board-certified pediatric physical therapist with a Master's in Pediatric Physical Therapy and Doctorates in Education and Public Policy. Her pediatric rehabilitation practice was groundbreaking, being the largest in the country and the first Medicare-certified pediatric agency. The treatment techniques pioneered for pediatric neurological disorders are now widely adopted, benefiting both children and adults.

She is currently the Founder of the St. Louis Arts Chamber of Commerce bringing community development experience and 40 years of business background to Hope Creates. She lives with her three white cocker spaniels who enjoy gardening (especially mud puddles, sticks and burs) as much as she does.

Having worked with many substance addicted babies during the pediatric physical therapist practice and having been raised by alcoholics, she knows first-hand the devastation substance abuse brings.
