Out of the Shadow

Did you ever feel that your voice was silenced because you’ve felt constrained in society’s norms and rules? That you didn’t fit in? Often artists feel uncomfortable in their own skin because as a creative, you see the world differently. The world needs YOUR unique voice. Here’s an opportunity to play outside the boundaries of the rules of art-making and listen inside for the nudge of inspiration. Laurie Ritchie will guide us. We’ll be silly and solemn as we create and listen to one another in both intuitive mixed media, painting, and writing.

We invite youth and adults in recovery (ages 15-30 and their families) to join us as we reach out to additional sober young adults in our area! We will host this event at a Sober Living Facility in Herman, Missouri on July 25th. Be a part of our vibrant and sober creative community.
