Doug is the owner of Douglas A. Freeman Consulting, a business he started 11 years ago to contract with Departments of Insurance (DOIs), insurance companies, nonprofits, advocacy organizations, political entities, interest groups, candidates, lawmakers, and regulators to address various health insurance, legislative, government relations, and campaign matters. 

Doug volunteers for numerous groups, causes, and faith-based organizations to assist others. He has family and friends challenged with addiction issues and looks forward to helping them and anyone in need.
